Notice how the dustjacket on the book depicted below has the phrase "Book Club Edition". This statement is generally found on the lower part of the dustjacket. This is a copy of a book sold through some type of price club and was NEVER sold through a normal retail outlet when new. Also, Book Club Editions are typically smaller than the "real" book by several inches.
